This session will review recent NRPA Research reports and resources that help park and recreation agencies and professionals a.) identify opportunities to more optimally deliver services for the public  and b.) make the case for greater and more stable funding. Following, an interactive conversation with the audience will explore how NRPA can best deliver these insights and resources to agencies, key policymakers, the media, and the general public. Further, the discussion will delve into park and recreation professionals’ chief day-to-day and strategic concerns, with the goal of identify new potential topic areas for NRPA research that would meet park and recreation future challenges.
