Learn the process of how to design, budget and operate a successful aquatics facility. Session attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of funding sources, choosing a qualified designer, park design based on organizational needs, and budget operations including profit/loss, staffing and programming. Successful aquatic facilities are the result of the following factors: design, location, staffing and community support. Attire: Bathing suit, water shoes, towel, sun block.  Participants will be able to ride the slides, kayak in the lazy river, log roll, surf the Flowrider.
