Deloitte Report, Gallop Poll and Energy Project report a link between workplace culture and results. The more employees are engaged, the better results for the company and customers. Gallop says only 30 percent of employee’s nationwide are engaged. They reveal that the more an employee is engaged, the happier, more productive, innovative and creative the employee will be. Deloitte shows a disparity between how leaders and employees view the work culture. For better results, everyone must be on the same page.
