The Portland Off-Road Cycling Master Plan is a city-wide system of biking facilities such as natural surface trails, trail systems and bike parks to address a community need for an expanded and inclusive network of riding opportunities that support active lifestyles and nature exploration. This session will discuss in detail why and how the project was initiated, funded, and how the the plan was developed with extensive community and inter-agency input guided by industry best practices.
