At the age of 30, I was diagnosed with cardiac disease, and at the age of 31 was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. Through these life challenges, I learned what it meant to live life on the brink and how to thrive, even during the difficult times. This session aims to take down the walls of vulnerability and shame to focus on the importance of our personal health, stress management, and the balance of work and life so that the life we lead is one of success and significance.
