Stress is one of the top healthcare costs in the United States, and workplace stress causes a host of physical and psychological problems. This workshop will use balloon animals, laughter, and a heap of other silliness to teach you effective ways to think about and manage stress. Michael Bork will help you explore your own stress response and show you effective and practical ways to combat stress using evidence-based positive psychology methods. You will leave with a smile on your face, guaranteed!

Learning Outcomes:
Participants will evaluate and understand their own stress, its causes, and discover personalized ways to recognize when the body is becoming distressed.
Using hands-on, experiential, interactive learning methods, participants will create their own "stress balloon critter," then blow it away with laughter!
Participants will leave with practical solutions to preventing and managing stress, and have a smile on their face when they do!
